Shopping Cart Please note that our Shopping Cart will automatically configure the standard shipping fee once method of shipping is selected. For purchases within the United States totaling over 19.98, shipping is free. The shopping cart will automatically deduct the discount shipping costs. If it doesn't, please email us at support@raptureheel.com and we resolve it shortly. Items drop shipped directly from the distributors warehouse are shipped UPS Ground, merchandise shipped directly from Rapture Heels in Virginia, are shipped USPS. International Orders We have re-instated limited international shipping. We are shipping to most European and Asian Countries, Australia and New Zealand. If you are located anywhere else, internationally, please email us and we will give you a price to ship to your location. G's Creative Services is working on finding the most reasonably priced shipper for our International customers. Presently we are using USPS International Rates. Any recommendations are welcome. Shipping Privacy All orders are shipped discreetly in plain brown or USPS boxes. The only markings on the package will be your name and address on the front and our return address on the reverse. If you wish to inquire about the status of your order at any time, feel free to email us. In the event of supply difficulties, we will cancel your order and supply a full refund within 7-10 days. Address Corrections You may also be subject to a $10 address correction fee, if you ask to have a package delivered to a different address after UPS has attempted to deliver to your original shipping address. This fee is set by UPS and the customer will be responsible for any additional charges, by requesting delivery to a different address. Additional UPS/USPS Fees Refused Packages: All packaged that are shipped to you and refused will be charged a $10 fee per package refused. This fee is set by UPS for return processing. If you refuse a package, you will also be subject to the 10% restocking fee, and your original shipping will not be refunded. Additional Services Our shipping prices cover regular ground shipping. Our shipping rates are assessed per order. However, express services are always available to you at an additional cost by either making note on your invoice in the customer message section of how you would like it shipped, emailing us at customerservice@raptureheel.com so that we can accommodate your request.
